Doors are being manufactured together with door frame with additional lockable lattice doors available inside the middle pat of the door frame which can be pulled out when completely opened only. Lattice doors are welded from a No.50 angles and a Ø 20 mm steel rods with a cell size 100 by 200 mm. Lattice door has a safe lock lockable by a two-way key. It is protected by a 3 mm-thickness steel cover and a 8 mm-thickness plate. Lock is managed by 2 Ø 20 mm fasteners which are hidden behind the door frame arm and are not accessible for cutting. Door frame is hard steel structure welded of a 8 - 10 mm thickness angles, profiles and ramming arms. The door frame is attached to the wall armature and coated with concrete. Doors are welded of a 4 mm-thickness steel case and a 6 mm-thickness front leaf. Door case is welded by 2 angles No.45. The case is filled with a M 400 grade concrete with macadam compacted on a vibration table. The door armoured block SD4- consists of a 4 mm-thickness steel plate and a concreted a 10 mm-thickness high-strength steel plate attached to the door structure and ramming arms. Doors SD6- contain double armouring block, and doors SD7- contain triple armouring block. The door case is strengthened by a 3 mm-thickness plate. Thickness of the door concreted part is (SD4-) - 58 mm, (SD6-) - 100 mm, (SD7-) - 190 mm attached by a mechanism body of 4mm-thickness steel plates welded by angles for strengthening. The mechanism body has doors (SD4-) 8 of Ø 35 mm steel fasteners (4 front moving and 4 rare non-moving ones), which enter into apertures available in the door frame to fix the door in closed position that is why after cutting flexible doors stay closed. Doors SD6- have 10 fasteners of which 5 are rare and 5 front ones and doors SD7- 6 fasteners each, 12 in total. Moving fasteners can be easily managed by a wheel and fixed by two “LA GARD” (JAV) combination mechanical locks with 1 million combinations. The mechanism body is covered by a cover made of 3 mm-thickness plate. The cover is attached to joints and has a cap for lock re-coding which makes easier the door use. Doors can be easily opened at a angle of 1800 degrees and are attached to the door frame by outside bearing joints covered by protective covers. Armoured doors are precisely adjoined to the door frame leaving minimal gaps. Doors and door frames have special loops to seal up the doors.
